When We Can Help
We can help if you are not at fault and:
The accident involved another vehicle.
Accident was not your mistake.
The other driver has admitted they were at fault.
You have the at-fault driver’s contact details and their insurer’s name.
We need these details to recover costs from the at-fault party's insurer. If you don't have them right away, we can hold your application and book your car once provided.
If your car is unroadworthy after the accident
If your car can't be driven and you're clearly not at fault, we may still provide a replacement car while you gather the required details. Our team will guide you through the next steps to confirm eligibility.
When We Can’t Help
We're unable to provide a car in the following situations:
Hit and run cases
You don’t have details of the other driver in the accident.
Other driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Wild animal collision (e.g. kangaroo)
When no other vehicle is involved or solo-vehicle collisions
