Such a helpful service to NOT at fault drivers involved in an accident. Righ2Drive, explained my rights, provided me with a fantastic hire car while my insurance claim was being processed and finalised. Right2Drive, dropped the car off at my home, and then picked it up from my home when it was time to hand it back. Fantastic customer service... Would recommend you use Right2Drive rather than going through your insurance company. Not that I needed it, but if I had an accident in the hire car, there is no excess payable, regardless of being at fault or not. Unlike your insurance company which would charge a huge excess. I’m not sure there’s words that describe the level of excellence I experienced with these guys. They are helpful, proficient, fast, professional, understanding & make the process easier than literally anything else of its magnitude.
