When We Can Help

We can help if you are not at fault and:

The accident involved another vehicle (single-vehicle accidents, or those involving poles, fences, or garage doors are not eligible).
The other driver has admitted they were at fault.
You have the at-fault driver’s contact details and their insurer’s name.

We need these details to recover costs from the at-fault party's insurer. If you don't have them right away, we can hold your application and book your car once provided.

If your car is unroadworthy after the accident

If your car can't be driven and you're clearly not at fault, we may still provide a replacement car while you gather the required details. Our team will guide you through the next steps to confirm eligibility.

When We Can’t Help

We're unable to provide a car in the following situations:

You don’t have details of the driver at fault in the accident.
At-fault driver is uninsured, unlicensed, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Hit and run or unidentified at-fault driver
Wild animal collision (e.g. kangaroo)
Single-vehicle accidents
Neither driver has admitted being at fault.
