As mentioned above, the costs of the accident loan car are to be recovered by the at-fault party’s insurance company. At Right2Drive, we recover the costs of the accident loan car from the at-fault insurer on our customers’ behalf. This means our customers will not be liable for the rental costs provided they assist in us in the recovery process and act in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Yes – all of our vehicles are comprehensively insured. We also provide a zero-insurance excess which gives our customers peace of mind while driving our cars. The zero-insurance excess means that if you have an accident in one of our vehicles, provided you have abided by our terms & conditions, you won’t be stung with a high excess payment which can occur when renting a car from other companies.
