Application process
- Check eligibility and submit your application.
- Get approval in 24 - 48 hours.
- Vehicle is delivered to your doorstep.
During hire
- Provide us with updates on your repairs or total loss settlement.
- Vehicle is collected from you once repairs are complete or total loss settlement is received.
Cost recovery
- Costs are recovered from the at fault driver or their insurer.
- In some situations, we may require your assistance in the recovery process.
