If your vehicle has been damaged by a straying animal (farm animal or pet) that has an owner and fault is acknowledged, you may be eligible for an accident replacement vehicle. If the at fault party disputes liability, we can’t provide you with an accident loan car until liability is confirmed. However, we will contact the at fault driver’s insurer and confirm if there is a dispute in liability.
